The post-masters Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program is designed for mid-career nurses who wish to become innovative health care leaders by building on their previous education and experience while gaining practical leadership skills at YSN and in the field. Combining the Yale residential experience with online coursework, the Yale DNP is tailored for nurses who already have major professional experience and work commitments. Through collaboration with our faculty, health care leaders, and policy advocates, DNP graduates will create new nursing roles to contribute to better health for all people.
