The Yale MSN program prepares nurses with earned BSN degrees for a variety of leadership positions and advanced nursing practice settings. The program may be pursued on a full or part-time basis.
At this time, the Clinical Doctor of Nursing Practice program is not accepting applications from individuals residing in the following states: New York, Oregon, Washington.
All Post-Master's Certificate (PMC) programs are offered on a part-time basis. While many students complete the post master’s APRN program within two years, the program allows students to design individualized plans of study with faculty, in accordance with student backgrounds, career objectives, and outside commitments.
The Graduate Entry Prespecialty in Nursing (GEPN) is a plan of graduate study leading to a MSN, designed for entrants with no nursing background. Year 1 of the program is offered on a full-time basis only (11 months). The MSN portion (year 2 and 3) of the GEPN program may be pursued on a part-time basis.
The PhD program admissions process is managed by the Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) at Yale University.
